Clare Qualifier Double Header Confirmed

Cusack Park will play host to a qualifier double header this weekend.

The GAA have confirmed the times for Clare’s fixtures against Laois in the Hurling and Football Qualifiers.
 
As expected, it’s a double header at Cusack Park, with the Hurlers throwing in at three o’clock, while the Footballers are underway from five o’clock.
 
The opening game of the round will see the Galway footballers take on Waterford at Pearse Stadium at two thirty on Saturday.
 
At five Derry and Down will meet for the second time this summer.
 
There’ll be a six o’clock start at Dr Hyde Park where Roscommon will host Tyrone.
 
The rest of the football qualifiers will be held on Saturday week.
 
The all-Leinster meeting of Longford and Wexford will get underway at Pearse Park at two o’clock.
 
Throw-in between Leitrim and Armagh will be at five o’clock in Carrick-on-Shannon.
 
There’ll be two seven o’clock matches as Kildare face Louth in Newbridge and Cavan host Fermanagh in a replay of the Ulster quarter-final at Kingspan Breffni Park.
 
Elsewhere in the hurling qualifiers, the highly anticipated clash of Kilkenny and Tipperary will be held in Nowlan Park at seven o’clock on Saturday evening.
