Clare’s Minor Hurlers were beaten by Cork in the opening round of their Munster campaign.

Sean Doyle’s side held a two point lead going into half time, but a sending off reduced the team to fourteen and they struggled to retain their lead.

Eventually it finished up 3-13 to 0-26 in favour of the rebels.
