The Clare minor mangement have paid tribute to their side following yesterday’s All Ireland semi final loss to Galway in Croke Park.
The Munster champions were edged out by Mattie Murphys side after extra time with Clare only seconds away from beating Galway in normal time until Gerard O Donoghue’s equalising goal.
Gerry O Connor and Donal Maloney both praised the attitude and character of the side but Maloney felt Clare just did not have the luck to pull them through to a second consecutive All Ireland final
