Clare’s minor hurlers suffered a heavy defeat to Cork in their Munster championship clash tonight.
Terence Chaplin’s young side were on the end of a 6-28 to 0-6 defeat at Semple Stadium in Thurles, with the Rebels netting four second half goals having had a ten point cushion at half time.
It means Clare are out of this year’s All Ireland series, with the minor championship once again being played on a straight knockout basis.
