Clare ladies football manager John Burke admits it took time for all his squad to adjust to making the drop to the intermediate grade.

The Banner are playing in the second tier in 2015, with the decision having been taken after a poor run of result at senior level in recent years.
A win tomorrow against Limerick could see Burke's side into a Munster Final, and he says the chance of silverware is a huge carrot for Clare.
