Clare management concede better side claimed victory at Croke Park

The Clare minor hurling management have no complaints following yesterday’s All Ireland semi final defeat to Galway in Croke Park which saw the county’s dreams of reaching a second consecutive All Ireland final cruelly dashed.

Clare conceded a goal on 60 minutes to force the game to extra time with Galway proving too strong in the additional 20 minutes and overcoming the Munster champions by 1-23 to 1-18.

There was some confusion at the end of normal time with both sides expecting the game to go to a replay until officials from the Gaa informed both teams   the game would go to extra time.
