Clare have won a gold medal at the European Transplant & Dialysis Games in Croatia today for Newmarket man Eoin O Neill.

The Clare man has claimed first place in the Swimming 400m freestyle event in his age category 18-29 years.
The win marks Ireland’s fourth gold medal at the games,with six medals claimed alone yesterday.
