Clare trailed at half time by 1-9 to 1-6,Conor Mc Grath with the goal in the first half while Darach Honan and Jonathan Clancy grabbed the second and third goal’s after the break.
However Clare were hit by a late goal from Neil Foyle which mean’s they will need to beat Carlow in their last league game if they are to qualify for the league final.
