Clare will be hoping to reach the final of the National Hurling League for the 12th time in their history next weekend.

A showdown with neighbours Tipperary awaits in O’Moore Park Portlaoise on Sunday afternoon, with Clare’s last appearance in the decider coming in 2020.

A one point win over Offaly secured top spot in the Group A standings for Clare, in a game that saw the majority of the fringe players on the panel take to the field.
