Cork were victors by 0-19 to 0-15 thanks to a strong second half.
Clare led 0-9 to 0-8 at the break having played with a gale force breeze.
The Rebels outscored the home side by 0-11 to 0-6 after the restart to take a comfortable win.
Next up for Clare is another meeting with Cork, this time in Pairc Ui Rinn for the first round of the NHL on February 11th.
