Clare Into Hurling League Semi-Final With Win Over Dublin

Clare are into the last four of the Allianz National Hurling League.

It’s after they beat Martin Kenny’s Dublin in Cusack Park in the fifth round of the League this afternoon.

They were held to account by the visitors in the first half with the sides tied on a 0-11 to 1-8 score.

Brian Lohan’s side came out much stronger in the second half though as six different players scored points – led by Tony Kelly who was also on free taking duties.

Full time score in Ennis was Clare 0-27, Dublin 1-15.

The victory secures the Banner’s first League semi-final appearance since 2016.
