Clare hurlers point to 2010 loss as motivation for U21 win

One of the stars of Clare’s All Ireland winning Under 21s says previous disappointments were key in driving the side onto Saturday’s success.

The Banner lifted the All Ireland Under 21 title for just the second time by virtue of their victory over Kilkenny, two years after many of the players concerned were part of the Minor team beaten by the same opposition in the 2010 All Ireland Final.
