Clare’s senior hurlers are making their final preparations before they undertake five competitive games in six weeks.

Brian Lohan’s men will return to competitive action on Sunday when they make the marathon trip up to Corrigan Park in Belfast to take on Antrim in their Division 1B opener.

That’ll be followed by welcoming Wexford to Cusack Park and visiting Laois, before a week’s break, an away trip to Dublin and entertaining Brian Cody’s Kilkenny in Ennis.
