Clare Hurlers Knew They’d Come Back Says Fitzgerald

Clare’s senior hurlers must wait and see where their National League future ahead of the final games next weekend.

Their draw with All-Ireland champions Limerick gives them a strong chance of reaching the quarter-finals and David Fitzgerald says they never believed that game went away from them.

The Shannonsiders were four points ahead in the poor weather conditions before two Clare goals saw them turn the contest around.
