Clare GAA’s new Head of Operations says she is looking forward to engaging with all stakeholders to deliver on the Strategic Plan set out for the Association in the county.
Former dual county player Deirdre Murphy is set to take up her new role next month, having being unveiled as the successful candidate from a field of 16 last week.
The Clooney-Quin clubwoman has previous experience in management roles with the Camogie Association and University of Limerick, while she was also one of the founding members of the Women’s Gaelic Players Association.
In her first interview since being appointed to the role, she says everyone will work together to ensure Clare GAA has the best foundations to build on over the coming years.
