Clare Gaa get behind new drink and drug prevention programme

Staying with gaelic games and Clare Gaa has rowed in behind a new initiative to prevent the abuse of alcohol amongst its members

The "Off the booze and On the ball " Initiative is aimed at Gaa club members reducing their alcohol intake and also increasing  their physical exercise.

The launch of the initative will take place next Monday in Ennis and will be attended by members of the HSE as well as Clare minor hurling captain Tony Kelly.
