Clare GAA Chair Claims Lohan Reappointment A Vote Of Confidence For Clare Hurling

The chairman of Clare GAA claims Brian Lohan’s decision to stay on as manager of the Clare senior hurlers represents a great vote of confidence in the potential for the coming years.

At last night’s meeting of the county board delegates, it was confirmed Lohan would remain at the helm, with the Wolfe Tones clubman committing to a further three years in charge.

Meanwhile, the county’s underage management teams will also remain together, with both Terence Fahy and Ger O’Connell to continue in charge of the Under 20 and minor teams respectively

Clare GAA Chair, Kieran Keating, says keeping all three management teams intact will allow the sides to hit the ground running when the new season rolls around.
