Clare’s footballers have booked their place in the Munster U20 Football Championship semi-finals after a commanding win over Waterford.
The sides were evenly matched at the outset but a Shane Meehan goal gave Clare the lead shortly before half time.

Another Meehan goal and one from Mark McInerney came in the second half to cement the Banner’s place in the last four of the competition.
Clare ran out 3-14 to 0-6 winners in Miltown.
