After four wins, one draw, and a loss to table toppers Tipperary, the Clare Footballers promotion hopes have come down to the final round and todays clash against Antrim in their division four tie in Creggan.
With Tipperary already promoted, the banners promotion rivals are Wicklow, who travel to Semple Stadium today to take on the premier county.
The banner have a one point advantage over Wicklow, so a win for Clare over Antrim will ensure promotion to division three, a draw would probably be enough, while a wicklow loss would take more pressure off Clare.
Colm Collins and his management team have made just one change to their team selection, Martin McMahon returns from injury with Brian Carrig making way.
Podge Collins has also returned to full fitness and is a strong player to come off the bench if required.
Antrim Manager Liam Bradley has made five changes from the Antrim side that defeated London last time out for todays clash against the promotion chasers.
In switches across the field Oisin Hamill comes in at left corner back, Declan lynch in the half back line, while upfront there are starts for Ryan Murray at right half forward, Tomas McCann on the left win, and CJ McGourty in the corner forward position.
