One of Clare’s Senior Footballers has reiterated the importance of keeping control of a game once ahead.
Eoin Cleary is speaking after he helped the Banner to a commanding 1-23 to 0-14 win over Limerick in the Munster Senior Football Championship quarter final on Saturday.
A Jamie Malone goal helped Clare to an early lead but Limerick brought themselves back into contention in the run up to half-time.
