Clare Defeated by Dublin in Minor Semi Final

Well Clare wont be contesting the All Ireland Minor Hurling Final after a narrow defeat to Dublin at Croke park this afternoon.

With just seconds left on the clock and both sides level – a late free for Dublin which they converted into a goal ment heartbreak for the Banner.

It was a tightly fought contest with Clare in the lead for much of the match but the Dubs consistently fought back and  got the upper hand over the  Banner just before the full time whistle giving them a winning score of 4-14 to 2-17 .

Broadford’s Shane Taylor was named the Clare man of the match.
