Clare Cup Round Three Round Up

Crusheen and Sixmilebridge share the lead at the top of the Clare Cup Division 1A table after the third round action.

Crusheen were 0-18 to 0-13 winners over O'Callaghans Mills on Friday night, while last evening Sixmilebridge got the better of the Sean Stack trained Clonlara by 1-22 to 0-13.

In last nights action, Clarecastle edged a tight contest against Inagh/Kilnamona, winning by 0-16 to 0-15.

Holders Cratloe staged a second half comeback against Newmarket on Fergus to claim a 0-14 a piece draw, having trailed 0-11 to 0-5 at half time.

Feakle claimed bragging rights in their battle with Clooney/Quin, winning by 1-17 to 2-9.

It's still tight at the top in Division 1B, with Kimaley and Whitegate tied at the top, with both sides unbeaten so far.

Kilmaley were comprehensive 4-22 to 1-7 winners over Scariff, while Whitegate beat Broadford 2-16 to 0-7.

Eire Óg got the better of Sixmilebridge in a high scoring encounter on Friday evening, winning by 4-22 to 3–11.

There's one game this evening as Tulla host Tubber from 5pm.
