Clare Camogie Captain Hopeful Of Amalgamation With GAA

Clare’s camogie captain has welcomed the decision of the male and female Gaelic games players associations to merge as one body.

The votes took place at separate EGMs this week, with nearly all delegates supporting the bodies going under one umbrella.

96 per cent of W-G-P-A delegates voted in favour while 100 per cent of G-P-A voted with the motion to merge.
