The captain of the Clare Camogie side says it's hugely disappointing that their opening league fixture was postponed at late notice.
The Banner were due to face Wexford on Sunday afternoon, with the game fixed for Clane in Co Kildare after the Slaneysiders had failed to secure a venue for the tie.
The Camogie Association confirmed late on Saturday evening that the game was called all off due to the pitch being unplayable.
Clooney/Quin's Orlaith Duggan says all their plans were in place.
No details of a refixture has yet been announced.
