Clare boosts hopes of promotion from Div 4

Clare’s hopes of promotion from Division Four of the National Football League have received a major boost after a 0-13 to 2-5 win over Offaly in Tullamore.

Clare survived conceding a goal 15 minutes from time which gave Offaly the lead for the first time in the game  to secure their second away win of the campaign thanks to late scores from Shane Ryan, Gary Brennan and David Tubridy.
