Clare have been beaten by Kildare in the Peter McNulty U21 Football Tournament.

Kildare led 0-5 to 0-3 at half time after a bright opening period.
Clare then levelled the game at 0-6 each, before the home side hit 0-6 unanswered in as many minutes before the Banner landed the final score of the game to leave the full time score Kildare 0-12 Clare 0-7.
Clare contest the semi finals next weekend after finishing second in the group table.
