The Clare athlete preparing to take part in Sunday’s European Cross Country Championships says he’s looking forward to flying the county flag at the event.

Kilkishen’s Sean Hehir was selected to run for Ireland after finishing third in the Inter-Counties Championship last month, and Sunday’s event in Hungary will mark his first selection for a major championship.
He says he’s delighted to be taking part.
