Clare athlete Mulcaire just falls short of medal at Euro Junior Championships

Clare man Kevin Mulcaire just missed out on a bronze medal finishing an agonising fourth in the 5,000m at the European Junior Athletics Championships in Sweden.

The Ennis Track athlete was in contention for a podium finish throughout before just falling short in the final 200m of the contest, finishing just 5 seconds behind the winner from Great Britain.
