The last two spots in the Champions League is all that’s left to be decided as the Premier League enters the final day.

It’s advantage Manchester City and Liverpool, as both sides know 3 points guarantees them Champions League football next season.

Man City are away to Watford while Liverpool host Middlesbrough.

If City lose or Liverpool fail to win, then Arsenal can sneak into the top 4 for the 21st consecutive year.

They’re at home to Everton where only a win keeps their slim hopes of Champions League football alive.

There’s little to play for in the other games with the title and relegation spots already decided.

In the top half, Chelsea host Sunderland, Tottenham travel to Hull and Manchester United host Crystal Palace.

Elsewhere Burnley take on West Ham, Leicester face Bournemouth, Southampton meet Stoke and Swansea take on West Brom.

All of today’s ties kick off at 3pm.
