CDSL Won’t Rush Into Return Even When Restrictions Lifted

The Clare District Soccer League say they won’t be rushing into a return to action even as public health restrictions may be lifted in the coming months.

The league hasn’t seen any action since the end of August when Newmarket Celtic retained their title as Premier League champions along with defending the Clare Cup.

Teams were meant to resuming training in mid-January, but with collective training not permitted under current restrictions the roadmap to a return to play remains uncertain.
