Ireland’s 4*400 metres relay team just missed out on reaching the final of the European under 23 Athletics Championship this morning in Sweden.
The squad, including Clare’s Cathal Crosbie, posted a time of three minutes, 9.02 seconds finishing 10th overall in the semi-finals.

Unfortunately, this missed out on the final by just 0.4 of a second.
