He eagled the 18th to finish 14 under and three shots clear of Joost Luiten and Robert Rock.
Shane Lowry hit a final round of 69 to finish in the top ten on 8 under. Gareth Shaw finished alongside Lowry.
Peter Lawrie finished 1 further back on 7 under par while Simon Thornton finished 5 under.
