A former All Ireland hurling winning manager is calling for a revamp of the Interprovincial Series.

It comes as just under 600 people turned up to see Anthony Daly's Munster beating Leinster in last nights hurling decider, the provinces first win since 2013.

Both goals for the winners were scored by Clare men, with David Reidy getting the opener before Aron Shanagher pounced late in the game to seal the win.

Tipperary's Liam Sheedy says if the scheduling of the competition was revised it could prove hugely beneficial
