St. Caimin’s of Shannon get their Harty Cup campaign underway today with one of their most difficult assignments of the group stage.

Caimin’s take on Dungarvan Colleges in their first of four games in this group stage. The two teams are also due to meet St. Flannan’s in the coming weeks but the Ennis school is not in action in this week’s round of fixtures.
Caimin’s coach Alan Cunningham has virtually a fully-fit squad from which to choose their starting fifteen, but says the team’s preparations for the game have been hampered in recent weeks
Also today, in the Corn Uí Mhóráin under 15 A Football competition, Kilmihil is the venue for the clash of St. Flannan’s and West Clare colleges. Both matches are at 1:30.
