Senior members of the Clare hurling panel says Davy Fitzgerald has the players' full backing to stay on as their manager.

The county board have confirmed that Fitzgerald has expressed his intention to stay on in the role in light of Saturday's Championship exit at the hands of Cork.
The Sixmilebridge man is now expected to stay in the position into next year, and two-time hurling All-Star Brendan Bugler thinks it's the best option.
An interview with Bugler, and with Clare team-mate Aaron Cunningham will be broadcast on Clare FM's Morning Focus from 9:00.
