Sixmilebridge are U21 A champions after a 1-14 to 0-13 win over Clonlara in Cusack park today.
The ‘Bridge led by 1-8 to 0-7 at half time- Cathal o Conor’s goal from 65 metres proving the difference between the sides.
In a tense second half Clonlara fought back to leave just three between the sides entering the final stages but late scores from Pa Sheehan and Alex Morey sealed the bridge’s second u21 title in three years.
