All four teams come into the game without having had a competitive fixture last weekend, with the Bridge and Avenue not having played since the winter break.
Clare FM analyst Jim Madden says that means the opening quarter of both contests could be a key period.
Avenue’s tie with Cockhill Celtic has a 1pm kickoff in Roslevan, while its a 2pm start on the Shannon for Bridge United v Evergreen on Sunday afternoon.
