This evening Ciaran O’Lionaird runs in the 1500 metres heats and European cross country champion Fionnula Britton runs in the 10 thousand metres final.
Britton finished 4th European Championships earlier this Summer.
Jessica Ennis is off to a flyer in the heptathlon.
She’s blown the field away with an event record time of 12-point-five-four seconds for the 100-metre hurdles.
