Brian O'Driscoll put in a Man-of-the-Match performance in his last home game in an Irish jersey, setting up three of Ireland's seven tries, before being subbed off in the second half.
Jonathan Sexton scored a brace of tries, with Andrew Trimble, Cian Healy, Sean Cronin, Fergus McFadden and Jack McGrath also going over.
The win keeps Ireland on course to win the Six Nations Championship.
They stay top of the table with a healthy points difference over the other sides, ahead of their trip to France next weekend.
