Brian O’Driscol has been left out of the British and Irish Lions squad for Saturday’s third Test against Australia.
Alun-Wyn Jones will instead be captain for the series-decider in Sydney.
Jamie Heaslip is also out of the squad but Sean O’Brien does start.
The team in full is Leigh Halfpenny at full back with Tommy Bowe and George North on the wings while Jonathan Davies and Jamie Roberts are in the centre.
Jonathan Sexton is at out half while Mike Phillips returns to scrum half.
Alex Corbisiero, Richard Hibbard and Adam Jones are in the front row with Alun Wyn Jones and Geoff Parling forming the second row and Dan Lydiate, Sean O’Brien and Toby Faletau in the back row.
Tom Youngs , Mako Vunipola , Dan Cole , Richie Gray , Justin Tipuric , Conor Murray , Owen Farrell and Manu Tuilagi are on the bench.
