Board meeting set to discuss vacant Clare job

Starting with hurling news and the next Clare senior hurling manager is set to be one of the key topics on the agenda of the Clare county board meeting in Ennis this evening.

The meeting was originally scheduled for next Tuesday but has been brought forward becuase several members of the execuitve will be away next week.

The county u21 football managment team for next season is set to be ratified while a discussion on who will repalce Ger O Loughlin as Clare manager is also set to take place with Davy Fitzgerald increasingly linked with the position.
