Arsenal have beaten Tottenham Hotspur by a goal to nil in the North-London derby at White Hart Lane in the late Premier League game.
Tomas Rosicky scored the all-important goal for Arsenal after just two minutes of the game.
The win sees Arsenal move up to third in the Premier League table, just four points behind league leaders Chelsea with a game in hand.
Spurs, meanwhile, now sit seven points off the top four places.
Earlier, Liverpool beat Manchester United 3-nil at Old Trafford in the opening Premier League game of the day.
Steven Gerrard scored twice from the penalty spot, as well as missing a third penalty, before Luis Suarez sealed the win for teh visiting side.
Nemanja Vidic was also sent off for United to compound their miserable day.
The result leaves Liverpool four points off leaders Chelsea with a game in hand, while United stay in seventh place, 11 points off the top four.
