Bans and fines for both clubs after violence in Junior Club Semi Final

 

Derrytresk and Dromid Pearses have been hit hard by the GAA’s Central Competitions Control Committee after the violent scenes that marred their All Ireland Junior Club semi-final in Portlaoise last month.

8 Derrytresk players have been suspended so will miss next week’s Final against Connacht champions Clonbur.

The Tyrone club have also been fined 5,000 euro.

Dromid Pearses have had three players suspended – the Kerry club have been hit with a 2,000 euro fine.
