Clare’s minor hurlers will be hoping to bridge a 12 year gap since their last provincial title this evening.
Since their last success at the grade in 2011, Clare have suffered defeat in the final on four different occasions, including after a penalty shootout last year.
Cork provide the opposition in Thurles later, with Clare coming out on top when they met in the group stages.
