Ennis club Banner Ladies are seeking to hold onto their Munster Senior B title this weekend, as they go head-to-head with the team who they beat in last year’s decider.

A seven-point victory over Cappawhite this weekend set up a re-match against Ballymacarbry of Waterford, a year on from the Clare champion’s three-point win over the same opposition at the same stage in this competition.
Banner Ladies won their most recent game despite travelling with only 15 players, and should be boosted this Saturday by the return of some of those, including Naomi Carroll.
The final will be held this Saturday in Tipperary Town, throwing in at 12:30.
