The Clare champions missed out on adding to their B title, losing out to Cork side Mourneabbey by 2-16 to 1-6.
The Banners goal came late in the game through captain Niamh Keane.
It's the third year in a row that the Rebel side have claimed the crown and they now go on to the All Ireland Semi Final.
