All Ireland MHC Preliminary 1/4 Final: Clare 2-20 Dublin 0-13
Clare’s minor hurlers moved on to the next stage of the All Ireland series with a controlled performance against Dublin.

First half goals from Liam Murphy and Ben Talty, coupled with an overall haul of 0-13 for Paul Rodgers, helped Ger O’Connell’s side into the quarter finals.
Clare led by 2-13 to 0-7 after a dominant opening half showing, and cemented that lead with three quick fire scores after the break.
Dublin did push hard in the closing stages, but the gap was such that it would need goals to close, which Clare snuffed out whenever the chances arose.
