Ballyea Munster Semi-Final Loss ‘Tough Pill To Swallow’

The manager of the Ballyea hurlers says their Munster semi-final loss is a tough pill to swallow, having brought the game to extra time twice.

Waterford’s Ballygunner provided the opposition in the penultimate game of the provincial senior club hurling championship yesterday.

Despite leading by three points towards the end of normal play, Ballygunner closed to gap to ensure extra time was played and they had to take a second go at it, after the were all square following another 20 minutes of play.
