Ballyea Into Clare Senior Hurling Final

Ballyea have progressed to the final of the 2018 Clare Senior Hurling Championship.

It’s after they beat O’Callaghan’s Mills in the Semi-Final in Cusack Park this afternoon.

Ballyea took the lead early on but an eighth minute Gary Cooney goal gave the Mills the advantage.

Tony Kelly returned his side to the lead with a 25th minute goal to leave Ballyea three points in the lead at half time.

The 2016 Munster Champions continued their lead to the full time whistle where it ended up Ballyea 1-21 to the Mills’ 1-17.
