The man who scored Ballyea’s crucial goal in their Clare Senior Hurling Final win over Cratloe feels it’s a massive moment for the club have secured another title.

Kevin Sheehan’s side had to fight back from 7 points down in the second half before stretching clear to record a 1-20 to 1-14 win to take the Canon Hamilton trophy.

Ballyea hit 1-7 unanswered in the closing 15 minutes of the game with Martin O’Leary’s goal with five left to play crucial in giving them a cushion.
